Service Sud Quality Assurance

Service Sud Quality Assurance

The Service Sud quality label.

Our own quality label for selected professionals within the Service Sud network.

  1. Selection

Service Sud selects professionals based on experience, professionalism, reliability, communication and customer focus.

  2. Coordination

Where needed, Service Sud supports your enquiry, quotations, planning and communication with the professional.

  3. Follow-up

Client feedback and any complaints may be considered in the ongoing assessment of a partner.

Carefully connected

How we select our professionals.

Service Sud does not simply connect you with any company. Before a professional joins our network, we assess the company and its approach to work. Step by step, we build a local network that international property owners can trust.

Company information
We assess the company’s information.
Relevant insurance
We review insurance relevant to the work.
Experience and specialisation
We assess experience and specialisation within the trade.
References
We consider references when assessing the professional.
Craftsmanship
We assess craftsmanship and the quality of the work.
Communication and reliability
We look at availability, clear communication and keeping commitments.

The work is carried out by the chosen professional. Where agreed, Service Sud stays involved in communication, planning and follow-up.

Clear arrangements

Trust starts with a good connection.

The Service Sud quality label is a private label issued by Service Sud. It is not a government label or statutory professional certification.

The professional carrying out the work agrees the arrangements with you. Discuss the quotation, schedule, responsibilities and any warranties in advance.

Do you have a question about an affiliated professional or the progress of your enquiry? Contact Service Sud so we can discuss it with the parties involved.

More about the quality label

What criteria do we use to assess our partners?

We assess more than a person’s trade. Availability, keeping commitments, clear quotations and good communication also matter. A Service Sud partner must act professionally before, during and after the assignment.

  • Identity and company

We check identity and company information and, where relevant, registration details and professional documents.

  • Expertise and experience

The professional must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in their field.

  • Insurance

Where professional or statutory insurance is required for the work, the partner must be able to provide evidence of it.

  • Quotations and transparency

The work, prices and conditions should be defined as clearly as possible in advance. Any additional work is discussed with the client.

  • Reliability

Commitments must be honoured. If the schedule changes, we expect timely communication.

  • Communication

Clients must be treated professionally and respectfully. This is particularly important for international clients who are not always present on site.

  • Quality and customer focus

We expect careful workmanship, a professional attitude and proper treatment of the client’s property and belongings.

From application to collaboration

Participation in the Service Sud network is subject to acceptance by Service Sud and the applicable partner agreement.

  1. Application

A professional registers or is contacted by Service Sud.

  2. Verification

Service Sud assesses the company information, activities, experience and relevant professional documents.

  3. Introduction

We want to know who is behind the company, how it operates and which services and regions it can actually serve.

  4. Assessment

We assess whether the company meets Service Sud’s quality and service standards.

  5. Admission

After approval, the company may join the Service Sud network and receive permission to use the Service Sud quality label.

  6. Follow-up

Assessment does not end with admission. Client feedback, communication and any complaints may be taken into account in the ongoing assessment of the partner.

The label must continue to be earned

The Service Sud quality label is not a one-off approval for an unlimited period. Service Sud may periodically verify whether a partner still meets the conditions. Client feedback, availability, complaints, company information and relevant documents may be considered.

Where circumstances justify it, Service Sud may request additional information or documents.

Service Sud may suspend or withdraw the label when, for example:

  • Required company or insurance documents are no longer valid.

  • Commitments are repeatedly not honoured.

  • There are serious or repeated complaints.

  • A partner acts unprofessionally towards clients.

  • Incorrect information is provided to Service Sud or clients.

  • The Service Sud logo or quality label is used incorrectly.

  • The partner no longer meets the applicable partner terms.

A question or complaint about an assignment?

Disagreements can arise even with carefully selected professionals. First discuss the problem with the professional carrying out the work and give them an opportunity to respond or, where appropriate, propose a solution.

If you cannot resolve it together, report the situation to Service Sud. We can then:

  1. Record the complaint.

  2. Ask both parties for information.

  3. Help restore communication.

  4. Assess the partner’s response and solution.

  5. Consider the complaint when assessing the quality label.

For serious or repeated problems, Service Sud may decide to suspend a partner temporarily or remove them from the network.

Who agrees the arrangements for the work?

Service Sud provides connection and support. The agreement for the actual work is made with the professional carrying it out, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Partners remain independent businesses responsible for their own quotations, agreements, insurance, statutory obligations, execution and quality of work.

The Service Sud quality label is a private label issued by Service Sud. It is not a government label or statutory professional certification.

Recognising a Service Sud partner

Approved partners may use the Service Sud Quality Assurance label while they remain affiliated and meet the applicable conditions. Use of the name, logo and label is permitted only with Service Sud’s permission.

The label may appear on the Service Sud website, the partner’s website, workwear, vehicles, quotations and other approved company communications.
