Collaboration
Participation in the Service Sud network is subject to acceptance by Service Sud and the applicable partner agreement.
Partners remain independent businesses responsible for their own quotations, agreements, insurance, statutory obligations, execution and quality of work.
Commercial arrangements
When Service Sud introduces an assignment, a success fee or commission may be payable under the individual partner agreement.
The amount, calculation and payment terms are set out in the partner agreement.
Name, logo and quality label
Use of the name, logo and Service Sud quality label is permitted only with Service Sud’s permission and while the applicable conditions are met.
Assessment and arrangements
In the event of serious complaints, repeated communication problems or failure to comply with agreed quality or service conditions, Service Sud may reassess the collaboration and use of the quality label.
The written partner agreement determines the exact commercial and legal arrangements.
